The outcome could be that your home could possibly hold a value of 2.5 due to the previous valuation that caused the house next to you to rise to 1.5. This process can work either up or down but it does help to illustrate the inward changes that can influence house values

With each member to the Board given access to the Montana MLS. The Montana MLS can search for properties by county, city, size, subdivision, and a host of other property features. The MT MLS search allows a realestate professional to find available inventory, complete a market analysis, find closed comparable sales plus many other MT trending and real estate data.
