Rural areas that suddenly experience population growth spurts will see extraordinary increases in property value. On the other hand, Monitor areas that seem to stagnate when it comes to growth don't see property value rise that much unless the area is a highly desirable area. Even further down the spectrum you see areas that are dying where Monitor property value is decreasing. Monitor Property Values will fluctuate due to growth of an area. This could be for a number of reasons including lack of jobs, company closures, lack of industry, etc.

This is often a debatable topic because Monitor homes that are identical in all ways except location will often have differing house values. Most consumers can not get past the fact that the two indistinguishable homes have differing values. The true reality of the matter though is that location, market niches and cost of living play important roles in determining Monitor house values. When you consider these three items alone it starts to become clearer why the value of alike homes can be different. These however, are not the only reason that such homes can be different in value.
