Luray House values they're the plague and pleasure for most buyers and sellers alike. The outcome could be that your home could possibly hold a value of 2.5 due to the previous valuation that caused the house next to you to rise to 1.5. This process can work either up or down but it does help to illustrate the inward changes that can influence house values
