Full access to the Lee Multiple Listing Service is usually available on a membership basis and until recently the MLS search was only available to Realtors or other realty professionals that are members of the Lee local MLS Multiple Listing Service.
The Lee MLS service is an Association of real estate Brokers agents and professionals who agree to share the Lee listings with each other. This method allows a listing broker (the agent who is offer the home for sale) and a selling broker (the agent who brings the buyer) the ability to select from all the homes offered by any Lee MLS member.
The Lee Multiple Listing Service (MLS), is one of the most important tools that Lee Realtors use in their daily activities. Property listings in the MLS are maintained in a near-real-time databases and are available to the members.As Lee property is listed for sale, sold, or changes such as price occur the MLS is updated. Some Multiple Listing Services display the property listings to the general public online with the much of information that each property offers. This gives the Lee consumer the opportunity to search for Lee properties and REALTORS online. In addition to compiling and distributing property information the MLS brings its members together to influence the local real estate community.
