The Grays MLS service is an Association of real estate Brokers agents and professionals who agree to share the Grays listings with each other. This method allows a listing broker (the agent who is offer the home for sale) and a selling broker (the agent who brings the buyer) the ability to select from all the homes offered by any Grays MLS member.
The Multiple Listing Service or Grays MLS has often been considered the service that stores the entire real estate brokers inventory in the Grays area into one searchable database. The MLS provides real estate professionals with details on the listings currently on the market. Before the use of the Internet, the MLS would distribute a book with the listings to its members. These books would be updated regularly to reflect new and sold Grays property.
Full access to the Grays Multiple Listing Service is usually available on a membership basis and until recently the MLS search was only available to Realtors or other realty professionals that are members of the Grays local MLS Multiple Listing Service.
