The outcome could be that your home could possibly hold a value of 2.5 due to the previous valuation that caused the house next to you to rise to 1.5. This process can work either up or down but it does help to illustrate the inward changes that can influence house values

Rural areas that suddenly experience population growth spurts will see extraordinary increases in property value. On the other hand, Boca Raton areas that seem to stagnate when it comes to growth don't see property value rise that much unless the area is a highly desirable area.
