There are of course other variables that can affect Hoffman house values. These variables are dictated by the situations of a given buyer or seller. Typical behaviors usually show the following trends. As it is apparent, house values not only change due to outside influence, but also from inward ambits as well. In other words, house values have the ability to affect themselves. Now this may sound a little confusing initially but when put to practice it becomes clearer. For example let’s say your home holds a value of 2 and the home next to yours holds a value of 1. Now, since the value of your home is higher than the one next to you, the one next to you becomes a value of 1.5. Now imagine a future date when both of your homes are evaluated again. The outcome could be that your home could possibly hold a value of 2.5 due to the previous valuation that caused the house next to you to rise to 1.5. This process can work either up or down but it does help to illustrate the inward changes that can influence house values
